Designing a Navigable Learning System for Global Healthcare Education

Overview

Designing a modular learning system that helped healthcare practitioners navigate interconnected training pathways across roles, regions, and implementation contexts.

The project focused on scalable educational architecture, navigability, and progression clarity across a complex learning ecosystem.

Challenge

The challenge was helping users understand where they were within a broader educational system, what learning pathways applied to their role, and how different training structures connected over time.

The system also needed to support regional flexibility while maintaining organizational consistency across evolving implementation needs.

Structural Approach

I developed modular navigation systems, progression frameworks, and standardized visual structures that clarified relationships between practitioner levels, learning journeys, and implementation pathways.

Information hierarchy and navigation were designed to support both guided sequencing and nonlinear exploration, allowing teams to adapt training structures without losing systemic clarity.

Outcome

The resulting learning architecture created a more navigable and scalable educational system that improved orientation, implementation flexibility, and understanding across roles and regions.
