Designing a Scalable Presentation System
for Complex Infrastructure Software

Context

This engagement involved designing and systematizing a 100+ slide client and investor deck for an enterprise storage platform specializing in large-scale unstructured data management. The materials needed to communicate deep technical architecture, OEM partnerships, and long-term growth—without overwhelming technical or executive audiences.

The core challenge was not rewriting messaging, but imposing structural clarity across highly technical content.

Structural Approach

I developed a consistent grid, spacing, and typographic system applied across more than 100 slides. Technical architecture diagrams, authentication workflows, growth timelines, and global footprint data were unified under a single visual framework. Complex system flows were simplified through container hierarchy, directional logic, and visual grouping, ensuring that technical concepts could be understood quickly without sacrificing accuracy.

The Outcome

The result was a cohesive presentation system that supported both technical credibility and executive readability. Instead of isolated slides, the deck became a scalable communication tool that internal teams could extend and update efficiently. The framework reduced visual noise, improved information hierarchy, and strengthened the platform’s enterprise positioning.
